No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Sponsor
The Highway 1 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Pacifica Hotel Management LLC, d/b/a Parable Hospitality (“Sponsor”).

Turo Inc. (“Turo”) is a promotional partner and prize provider only and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes. Winner must sign up for a Turo account or have an existing Turo account in good standing to be eligible for the $500 Turo credit. Please remember to never drink and drive.

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited.
Employees of Sponsor, participating hotels, Turo, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on April 7, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on May 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

How to Enter

Enter by completing the entry form on the Sweepstakes landing page. Limit one entry per person/email address.
Following Sponsor or partner social media accounts may be suggested but is not required to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:
Five (5) two-night stays at the following Pacifica Hotels:
Half Moon Bay Lodge
Oceanpoint Ranch
Sandcastle Hotel on the Beach
Riviera Beach House
Marina del Rey Hotel
One (1) $500 Turo credit, subject to Turo’s terms and conditions
One (1) $300 gas gift card
Curated local experiences, dining, or activity credits at each location, as determined by Sponsor

Estimated Retail Value (ARV): $3,640

Prize Conditions
Travel is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply
Prize must be used within 12 months of winner notification
Stays may be booked separately and are subject to individual hotel policies
Winner is responsible for transportation, taxes, gratuities, and all other expenses not expressly included
Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value

Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
Winner will be notified via email and/or social media within approximately 15 days after the Sweepstakes ends.
Winner must respond within 7 days or an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Taxes
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. A Form 1099 may be issued as required by law.

Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or communications, or for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or use or misuse of the prize. Sponsor’s performance is excused, and Sponsor shall have no liability for, delays or nonperformance related to strikes, lockouts, weather, closures, lockdowns, laws, rules, regulations, acts, requests, or orders of any federal, state, municipal or other governmental agency, epidemics, pandemics, unavailability or delays in delivery of supplies, equipment, or similar materials, or other acts of God or matters or conditions beyond Sponsor’s control.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Turo, participating hotels, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize or to the extent arising from the acts or omissions of third parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Third-Party Disclaimer
Sponsor is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party providers, including but not limited to Turo or any experience providers. All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable provider.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Additional Terms
All federal, state, and local laws apply. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
