• Once a membership tier is reached, a member will retain that level of membership through the end of the following calendar year. For example… if you reach Jetsetter status in August, you will remain Jetsetter through the end of the next calendar year.
• To maintain a membership tier, eligibility must be met again each calendar year. For example… If you reach Jetsetter status in 2024, you will be Jetsetter through 2025, however in 2025 you must meet the Jetsetter eligibility requirements to maintain Jetsetter status for 2026.
• Membership Tiers are calculated by a member’s spend in the current calendar year (Jan 1 – Dec 31) and the calculation resets every calendar year.

• You will receive a reward email when you reach a membership level that rewards free nights.
• Please add the email address hello@pacificahotels.com to your safe senders list in your email client to ensure notifications about your account are not being sent to your junk or spam folders.
• To redeem your free nights, please login to your account and your rewards will be displayed under the “Rewards” section. In the Rewards section, click on the “Get My Reward” button and you will be taken to the booking page to book your stay.
• Reward nights are only valid to redeem 1 night per reservation, not consecutive nights. All rewards nights are subject to availability.
