Invest West Financial Anticipates Yearend Completion on Hesperia Project

SANTA BARBARA, CA - Invest West Financial, a real estate investment firm which owns and develops California coastal hotels and other commercial properties in selected U. S. cities, announced that it anticipates completion by yearend on The Crossroads, an upscale specialty retail center in the rapidly growing city of Hesperia.The Crossroads, which has already attracted Starbucks and a number of other national retailers, is a 14,250-square-foot center featuring contemporary buildings accented by slate tile finishes and colorful awnings. Strategically situated on one of Victor Valley's highest traffic intersections, The Crossroads will accommodate between six and eight retailers in a two-building mix.

The Crossroads is a joint project of Invest West Financial and Treadwell Robertson, a Newport Beach-based developer of retail centers.
