PHC ranked #12 in Occupancy, #9 in Average Daily Rate and #9 in RevPar. This is the eighth year in a row that Pacifica Hotel Company has been ranked as one of the top ten management companies. Overall, PHC ranked #58 based upon gross annual revenues
